Training · Automation specialist

Four weeks. One certified automation lead.

The LoopLogic in-house automation specialist program turns an office manager, dispatcher, or ops generalist into a LoopLogic-certified automation lead — someone who can deploy the receptionist, run the follow-up sequences, wire the CRM, and hand the customer a runbook they can actually use.

/ Curriculum

Four weekly blocks. Read, build, ship.

Each block is two mornings of live instruction plus a week of held office hours — weeks one and two cover the receptionist and the follow-up loops; week three turns to integrations; week four is the capstone under instructor review.

/ 01 — Week one

Call handling fundamentals.

How a LoopLogic receptionist actually answers the phone — the call flow, the qualification scripts, and the handoffs a live agent inherits when the AI escalates.

Learning goals (4)
  • Trace a phone call from ring to book — prompt → tool call → CRM record → confirmation
  • Read and edit the qualification script for one of your verticals (HVAC, dental, roofing)
  • Tune voice, latency, and fallback behavior on a live test line for at least thirty minutes
  • Spot the five failure modes that produce escalations and write a one-line fix for each
/ 02 — Week two

Workflow automation.

After-hours text replies, missed-call text-back sequences, review-request campaigns, and the follow-up loops that turn a booked appointment into a five-star review.

Learning goals (4)
  • Build a missed-call text-back flow end-to-end on a sandbox account
  • Wire a 3-touch post-appointment review request against a real CRM record
  • Instrument open-rate, reply-rate, and booking-rate for each step
  • Write a one-page follow-up SOP for your office that anyone can run without a developer
/ 03 — Week three

CRM + calendar integrations.

Wiring LoopLogic into the systems the office already runs — HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, Google Calendar, Outlook — and reading the resulting data.

Learning goals (4)
  • Stand up a sync into one CRM end-to-end: contact → opportunity → appointment
  • Resolve the calendar-conflict edge cases (double-book, timezone drift, last-minute cancel)
  • Build a custom field-mapping for one non-standard CRM record schema
  • Pull a weekly report from the synced data and explain what each metric means
/ 04 — Week four

Capstone build & certification.

A complete build for a real customer office under instructor review: a receptionist, two follow-up sequences, one CRM integration, and a written runbook for the front desk.

Learning goals (4)
  • Ship the capstone receptionist on the customer's live phone number
  • Hand off a written operations runbook the customer's team can run themselves
  • Pass a 60-minute written + live review with two certified LoopLogic peers
  • Receive the signed SOP pack that authorizes the graduate to deploy on new customers
/ Reading rail

Recommended reading between sessions.

Four pieces we ask every trainee to read at least once during the program. Skim them in order — each one shortens the live instruction that follows.

Writing the Operations Runbook

The SOP template every graduate ships with their capstone. Read it once before capstone week so the structure is familiar.

/ Certification

The runbook every graduate finishes.

Three steps stand between the trainee and the signed SOP pack that authorizes future deploys. Each step is held under instructor review. The runbook is the SOP — see the live script set we currently operate at /scripts for a current view of every workflow running on the office today.
